Dear Bill,

Thank you so very much for all that you did to get us into our new home – which we love!  Thank you for showing us every house on the west side of Cleveland, and for your efforts on the Wolf Road short-sale nightmare including seemingly thousands of emails back & forth and for making us feel like we were the only clients you had even though we knew that wasn’t the case.  We appreciate your advice at the coffee shop and for meeting us late that night to bid on this house which is perfect for us!  It’s funny how things work out.  We love the basket of goodies and are looking forward to trying the cinnamon pancakes and pumpkin coffee tomorrow morning (the beer and wine are gone!).  We’d like to have you & Mrs. Reilly over for dinner once we get settled.
