Dear Bill,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for assisting in selling our home, looking for another, and then of course your efforts in closing the deal on our new place!

When we looked through your binder of previous homes sold, it was clear that you’re no stranger to big, pricey home sales & searches, but Scott & I never felt like we were “small potatoes” to you – and for that we thank you very much!  It really feels good to know that we worked with someone who took our situation and our interests just as seriously as we did!

I will certainly keep you in mind as friends & family move in the future, and we will keep your card handy for ourselves as well – you never know, the west side might call us back one day!
