You certainly went beyond the call of duty

Dear Bill,

I just wanted to write & thank you for all the help you provided in both selling our house & then help me find & move into the new home.  Even in this tough housing market, you were able to sell our house quickly and we got the price that you had predicted in our first meeting.  I got several comments from others on how fast the house sold.  I also got a lot of comments on the volume of potential buyers that went through the house as we were kept busy showing it nearly every day until sold.  While our eventual buyer ended up being a bit of a challenge to work with in the end, I really appreciated all of your help in closing the deal & making the move to the new place work as smoothly as it did.  I can honestly say that I don’t know how I could have done it without you & you certainly went beyond the call of duty in making it work.
